1. Seven-Day Inspection Period

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you are entitled to a seven-day inspection period (including weekends and holidays) from the date of receiving your order. The inspection period is intended for evaluating the product and does not constitute a trial period. To qualify for a return, products must remain in new, unused, and resalable condition.

2. Return Eligibility

• The product, complimentary gifts, packaging, tags, and accessories must be complete and unused.
• Please retain the original shipping carton and invoice for return processing.
• Returns requested for personal reasons (such as fragrance preference or skin compatibility concerns) must be in brand-new and unused condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or other hygiene-related products.
• Return requests submitted after the seven-day inspection period.
• Products not purchased through this Website or without valid proof of purchase.
• Products damaged, altered, or missing components due to improper handling.

4. Return Process

1. Submit a return request through the Member Center or contact Customer Support with the reason for return.
2. Upon approval, we will arrange collection or provide return shipping instructions.
3. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card, and processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank. For other payment methods, refunds will be transferred to the designated account provided by the customer. If promotional discounts were applied to the order, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid.
