1. Ordering Process

1. Select your desired products and options, then add them to your cart.
2. Review your items, quantities, and order total in the shopping cart.
3. Sign in or proceed as a guest and enter your shipping and payment information.
4. Confirm your order and complete payment. An order confirmation email will be sent automatically.

2. Payment Methods

• Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard / JCB)
• Mobile Payments (Apple Pay / Google Pay / LINE Pay)
• Convenience Store Payment
• Cash on Delivery (available in selected regions and subject to order limitations)

All transactions are processed through secure encrypted connections. We do not store your complete credit card information.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Home Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes an additional 2–4 business days.

Convenience Store Pickup

Pickup is available at participating convenience stores. A notification will be sent once your order arrives. Please collect your package within 7 days.

4. Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for orders over NT$1,000. For orders below the free shipping threshold, home delivery is NT$120 and convenience store pickup is NT$60. Additional charges may apply to offshore islands and remote areas.

5. Invoices & Order Tracking

Electronic invoices will be issued and sent via email. If a business tax ID is required, please enter it during checkout. You may track your order status and shipment progress through the Member Center.
