Member Login / Registration
To shop on Suhwa Beauty, please log in or register for a member account. First-time users can click “Member” at the top right of the homepage and complete the required fields, including your email address (which will serve as your login ID), password, nickname, and mobile number. After receiving and verifying the SMS sent to your phone, your membership and online shopping account will be activated immediately. Existing Suhwa Beauty members may simply enter their account and password to log in.
Product Selection
You may browse products by category or use the search function to quickly find what you need. Add your selected items to the shopping cart, where you can review product details, quantities, and prices. Before confirming your order, you are free to add, modify, or remove items in your cart at any time. We offer a full range of curated brand products, along with exclusive online-only items and special sets available from time to time.
Checkout
On the product page, select your desired quantity and click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart.” After selecting all items, click the “Shopping Bag” icon to review your cart and proceed to checkout by clicking “Proceed to Checkout.”
Order Information & Payment
You will be redirected to ECPay to enter accurate and complete order information. Please review all details carefully before clicking “Pay Now.” Product delivery will be arranged based on the information you provide on our website. Once you click “Confirm Submission,” order details can no longer be modified through the website.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is successfully completed, your order will be confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address immediately. Orders will be delivered within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery to offshore islands will be subject to postal service schedules.
