Refund Policy

SUHWA Beauty is committed to providing high-quality beauty and skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a return in accordance with the policy below.

 

1. Seven-Day Inspection Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a seven (7) day inspection period (including weekends and public holidays) starting from the date the product is delivered to the address specified in your order.

The inspection period is provided solely for product inspection and is not a trial period.

All returned items must remain unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original condition, including the product itself, any complimentary gifts, accessories, invoices, and all accompanying documents. Failure to meet these conditions may affect your eligibility for a return, and SUHWA Beauty reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a reasonable handling fee.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been opened, used, or have damaged or removed seals. Beauty, skincare, and personal care products are classified as hygiene products and are non-returnable once opened or used.
Customized or personalized products.
Products damaged, soiled, missing parts, or otherwise altered due to customer handling after delivery.
Orders returned without all original accessories, gifts, or bundled items.
Items explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Perishable goods, items with a short shelf life, items nearing expiration at the time of return, or products with time-sensitive characteristics.

 

3. Return Procedure

Please submit a return request within seven (7) days of receiving the product by emailing support@suhwabeauty.com and providing the following information for review:
Order number.
Product name(s) and quantity to be returned.
Reason for return.
Photos of the product.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the return method. When returning the product, all gifts, accessories, and bundled items must be included. After the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

 

4. Refund Methods

Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed as a reversal to the original credit card. The actual posting time depends on the issuing bank.
ATM / Convenience Store Payments: If your original payment was made via bank transfer or payment code, the refund will be remitted to the bank account you provide.
International Refunds: Refunds will be handled in accordance with the policies of third-party payment platforms such as Stripe or PayPal. The final refunded amount may vary due to exchange rates, transaction fees, or international payment regulations.

 

5. Shipping Fees

If the return is due to a product defect, incorrect shipment, or any issue attributable to SUHWA Beauty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to personal reasons or circumstances not attributable to SUHWA Beauty, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If an order is returned due to failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees, as well as any related costs.

 

6. Policy Changes

SUHWA Beauty reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time as necessary. Any revised terms will be published on our website and will take effect immediately without prior notice.
