To cancel your order, please follow the instructions based on your order status:
Within 30 minutes of placing your order: You can cancel directly in your Member Center or simply reach out to our friendly customer service team.
After your order has shipped: Cancellation isn’t possible, but you can return your items once they arrive.
How to cancel:
Log in to your Member Center
Go to Order History
Choose the order you want to cancel
Click Cancel Order
Refunds: Paid orders will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping Fees:
• Home Delivery: NT$60 (Taiwan main island)
• Convenience Store Pickup: NT$45
• Offshore Islands: NT$120
Free Shipping:
• Orders over NT$1,500 (Taiwan main island only)
• Enjoy free shipping during your birthday month
